Why Trialent
How it works
The same trial for everyone on a role, so every candidate is judged the same way.
Free to post. Paste the job description and Trialent drafts a short trial task and how it will be judged.
Matching students are emailed within minutes. They see the pay, the task size and the rules before applying.
A task of 8 hours at most, paid or unpaid as stated, with a visible trail and their own walkthrough of the work.
Everyone's work side by side, against the published criteria. Then interview and hire, with evidence.
Trialent Check
When a trial is submitted, Trialent reads the repo and points to the file and line behind every requirement, or says plainly what it couldn't find. No AI verdict and no score: the company confirms the evidence and rates in clear bands.

Every role says upfront whether its trial is paid, how long it takes and who owns the work. Trials are at most 8 hours and only for people a startup shortlists. Unpaid work stays yours.
FAQ
Yes. Posting a role, applying and the checks are free. If a startup pays for its trial, the amount is on the role before anyone applies, and the startup pays the student directly.
At most 8 hours, and only for people a startup has shortlisted. Nobody does unpaid work just to be considered.
No. Trialent Check reads the repo with fixed rules: the same repo always gives the same result, and every finding links to the code. People make the decisions.
Unpaid work stays the student's. Paid work becomes the startup's once it is paid in full.
Each role states its AI policy and every student says what they used. A mismatch is shown to the company as a question, never as an automatic rejection.
